Ben called to give heads up he was en route, and arrived when promised. He diagnosed the issue, explained my options for replacing or waiting it out, quoted a price that was very in line with my fast Google search results, then was able to replace the part same day which I appreciated as we were in between cold spurts. He answered all my (newer homeowner) questions and gave recommendations on what I did and didn't need to be doing to maintain a good quality furnace. Not that it should matter but as a single woman, having honest & respectable tradespeople you can trust in is a huge relief. This is a true family run business (Ben is nephew to owner Tim) that relies on word of mouth & I will happily add my recommendation to the list of reviews here."

"Tim & Ben & Candice make a fantastic team! They are knowledgeable and extremely professional. They did a complete brand new A/C installation in a 1965 built home that came with challenges. The team at Bootsma heating and A/C showed no concerns as they completed the job seamlessly. The final product and installation is clean tidy and 100% professional! You can not go wrong with the team at Bootsma! In the past,, I have used them for repairs in other situations when all was lost and again they made it appear to be a simple fix no problem."
